How to get Freshchat for free
When you sign up for a Freshchat account, you will start your 21-day free trial period, during which you can switch between the different plans to figure out the plan that suits your requirements. After the trial period, you will need to either switch to a paid plan or downgrade to the Free plan. You can check the plan comparison page to understand the differences between the plans.
To sync Google calendar,
- Go to Admin Settings > Plans and Billing. You will be taken to My Subscriptions, where you can find the details of your current plans, such as:
- Your current plan,
- Any add-ons that you use
- Invoices,
- Addresses,
- Payment information
- Your current plan, Any add-ons that you useInvoices,Addresses,Payment information
- Click Manage Plan > Change Plan > and click on Buy Plan under Free
- You will receive a pop-up message showing the features and add-ons you will lose on downgrading to the Free plan. Take note of this list, as you may have configurations available only on paid plans before clicking Confirm.
- You can now see the updated billing information.
