How to capture website visitors as contacts?

You can capture website visitors as contacts directly into your account using the Code Library. Once you have installed the library on your website, you will get your visitors as contacts when they fill a form on your website. You can also track their interactions with your website such as the pages they have viewed, whitepapers downloaded etc. in their Activities timeline.
Here’s an example of a contact showing up in the activities timeline who has viewed a web page.

To set up CRM Code Library on your website,

  1. Go to Admin Settings > CRM Code Library and choose a library of your choice.
  2. Copy the snippet and paste it in the HTML header of your website.

Compact view

  • To switch to the compact view, click the Switch to compact list view button on your list view. You can switch back to the default list view by clicking the hamburger icon.
